Our Goal

Our goal is to offer services for teachers, students, administrators and parents of students in the education system, in the reporting, calculating and distribution of a students’ progress in their curricular endeavours in order to maximize student learning, feedback and achievement.

Financially we’re a not-for-profit organization, with the aim of using funds to run the organization as a support system for teachers, and a goal to provide most of our income to support education systems in impoverished countries. It is our intent to transition from a not-for-profit organization to a charity based public foundation, which can then issue tax receipts for donations. The model in which teachassist the application will eventually move towards will be that of a subscription model for the teachers using the system, with no obligation to “donate” in to the running of the system. Yearly financial reports will be made available to all who donate to the operation of the teachassist foundation.

Our business goal is to see our overhead at 10% allowing 90% to go out towards humanitarian causes.

Boards of Education are welcome to license this application for use on their systems exclusively. A licensing agreement can be made for these situations. Please contact us at info@teachassist.ca for more information and to set up a meeting.
